New users login problems
Recently I have received couple of emails describing problems logging in after new registration.
Everytime I log in in the forums it shows a message
that "login is suceseful.. wait to be redirected...etc" then forum index
page opens but it shows a message at the top saying "you're not loged in"
I was able to replicate this problem with Internet Explorer 6 and 7, and I think it is cosed by wiki using same ACL's with this forum.
To go around this problem:
*If you can, try to use some other internet browser, Mozilla Firefox for example.
*If you cant use any other browser then try log in to wiki in here http://dsmg600.info/doku.php?id=start&do=login and then got to http://forum.dsmg600.info/ Now you should be automatically logged in this forum. To log out you need to go again in wiki page and select logout from there.
NOTE: Registering a new user account will not fix this problem!

When I had this problem I looked all over for contact info but I could not find any email addresses at all. Maybe it would be helpful to post information on how to contact an admin if you can't log in (or at least make it more prominent since I could not find it).

I cannot login to this BB using IE7 - Firefox 2 works just fine.
I can reproduce this issue on multiple computers.
When I login using IE7, it says login successful, but then when it redirects me back to the board, it looks like I havent logged in yet. (I see login option on menubar)
Seems to me that this BB doesn't like IE for whatever reason.

True, and it is my fault since I missed this thread. Maybe make this thread sticky so it is more prominent?

There is no general problem, only a random anomaly.
Fix described at first post will work under IE6 and IE7.
Additionally I did add a extra link to login form "Other login problems?", which is linked to here.
